Understanding the difference between Skilled Nursing Rehab vs. Inpatient Rehab Ever heard someone say they had to get inpatient rehab or skilled nursing rehab?  Hospitals and medical providers generally lump both of these into the term “rehab.”  So many of my clients hear their doctors, therapists, or nurses say “your loved one needs to go to rehab.”  We will discuss how these two types of rehab are technically different.
