Erin Lamon joined the team at Alee Solutions in 2022. Erin Lamon MSW/CSW brings to the team untouched experience and expertise. She worked for over 10 years as the Social Worker in various roles from Memory Care Director, Social Service Director, Director of Admissions, Life Care Planner and Elder Care Coordinator. She has experience coordinating services for Seniors in independent living, assisted living, memory care, personal care senior living, in-home and nursing home settings. Her unique personal experience with finding senior living for not just clients but also her loved one, her an well-versed educational background and specialized work experiences give her advantage to helping other families navigate their journey into finding senior living. The Alee Solutions team of Erin Lamon MSW/CSW, Mary Ann Bond and founder Alisha (Duvall) Aboulhosn, MSW/MFT bring light to creating something rooted in experience and education but cultivated by innovation and caring.
